COSMOENERGIES WELLNESS
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and payment issues are handled.
1. General principle
Because wellness services may involve reserved time, preparation or delivery, cancellation and refund eligibility can depend on the service, timing and whether the service has already started or been delivered.
2. Service bookings
For appointment-based services, please request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. Where reasonable notice is provided, we may offer rescheduling or a refund after applicable processing or administrative deductions, if any.
3. Digital or already-delivered services
Services that have already been substantially delivered, completed or made available for use may not be eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law.
4. Packages and memberships
Package and membership refunds, if available, may depend on usage, benefits already consumed, promotional conditions and the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
5. Products
For physical products, any return or replacement request is subject to product condition, delivery status and applicable law. Damaged or incorrect deliveries should be reported promptly with relevant evidence.
6. Payment failures or duplicate payments
If your bank/payment provider shows a failed or reversed payment, please allow the provider's normal processing time. For a confirmed duplicate debit, contact us with the transaction reference so that it can be reviewed.
7. How to request a refund or cancellation
Submit your request through our Reach Us page with your name, registered contact details, service/package, payment date and transaction/reference number. Do not send your UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or OTP.
8. Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method or another appropriate method agreed with the customer, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when our service and payment arrangements change. The version published on this page applies to future requests unless applicable law requires otherwise.
